Epsom salt Zoya Goes Pretty

The Epsom salt by Zoya Goes Pretty is suitable for both internal and external use in the preparation of cosmetics and detoxifying and relaxing baths. Baths with Epsom salts help remove toxins from the body, relax and unwind muscles after prolonged and intense exercise, sports or other heavy physical work. Epsom salt baths restore magnesium levels in the body and make the skin soft and exfoliated. Cosmetics with Epsom salt are used to cleanse the face and body and are especially suitable for oily hair. Epsom salt is often added in hair conditioners / sprays for more volume.

Do not take internally if you have an illness, are taking medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have sensitive skin. Consult a specialist before use.

Store well in a cool and tightly closed dry place.
Do not use on irritated and injured skin.
Keep out of reach of children.

Bath recipe:
Fill a bath with warm water (optimum temperature is 37-39º C) and dissolve a few tablespoons of Epsom salt. Soak for about 20 minutes.

Recipe for soft foot scrub (recommended by Zoya's team):

• 70 g of English salt;
• 14 g of green clay;
• 5 drops of orange essential oil;
• 5 drops of rosemary essential oil;

Mix all ingredients in a glass jar and pour 2 teaspoons of the mixture into a basin of warm water. Soak your feet for about 10-15 minutes.

As a laxative:

Dissolve 10-30 grams (2-6 leveled teaspoons) of English salt in lukewarm water and drink.
